Refund / Guarantee Policy

Because we provide custom, time-based creative and marketing services, refunds are limited. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for KingMaker ProMedia LLC.
1. Deposits and Project Starts Project deposits, booking fees, and any prepaid production time are generally non-refundable once work is scheduled or has begun, as we reserve crew time, studio time, and production resources specifically for your project.
2. Monthly Services For monthly services (e.g., marketing management, media planning), payments are non-refundable once the service month begins. If you cancel, the service will continue through the end of the paid period.
3. Third-Party Costs Third-party costs (e.g., paid media spend, platform fees, talent fees, location fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Results Marketing outcomes vary by market conditions. While we use best practices to drive performance, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., specific revenue or lead numbers) unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
